Our Reservations Policy

Let's Get the Party Started

Reserving A Date:  To reserve your date on our calendar, please contact us at contact@epicboothsnc.com, call (704) 218-9466 or Click Here.  Our in-office team will issue the booking forms needed to start your reservation.  All reservations require completed booking forms, signed by the responsible booking party, along with a deposit payment.

 

Deposit Policy:  Unless otherwise stated in the booking forms, all accounts require a deposit for confirmation.  All deposit payments are non-refundable.  No date can be guaranteed or reserved without completed booking forms and a deposit payment.  All payments are accepted via PayPal.  Checks are accepted from government agencies, educational institutions and approved corporations only.  Sorry, cash is not accepted.

Balance Payments:  All balance payments are due, no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date.  Our office will send all final balance invoices, no sooner than 30 days prior to event date, unless requested sooner by Client.  Client may choose to complete balance payment at anytime by requesting a final balance invoice.

Our Guarantee

At Epic Booths NC, we have one goal:  to bring energy, excitement, and unforgettable FUN to every event we’re part of. In doing so, here is our guarantee to you...

•We will staff each event with members of our team who work exclusively for us.  We will not "sub-out" your event to a third party.  We are not a booking agency, we are a full time professional photo booth service.  Your event will received one (or more) of our professionally trained staff members.

•We will approach each event with your vision in mind.  We will strive to deliver an event that your guests remember for all the right reasons.

•Our team will arrive to your event no later than 45 minutes in advance of our contracted start time.  We will be set-up and ready to go when the event starts!

•Our staff will not consume alcohol nor be under the influence of any substance during your event.
 

​•Once we book & confirm your event, we will not cancel or overbook your date for any reason.

 

•You will receive professional treatment from our in-office and event staff.  We will communicate with you in a timely manner.  We will support your efforts in planing your event.

Let's keep this short & sweet.  We won't sell, loan, give away or share any of your information, with anyone outside of our company, ever.  We value your privacy and we are committed to operating our company with a safe & responsible digital footprint.

At Epic Booths NC, LLC, we respect your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

  1. Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. This information will be gathered through our Contact Us form. Instructions in how to opt-in and out for SMS consent is given through Keywords.  To opt-in, START, YES. Opt-out, STOP or CANCEL.

  2. Data Usage: We use your data solely for scheduling, confirming, reminding appointments.

  3. Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  4. Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

  5. Message and Data Rates may apply: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring and message frequency varies based on communication needs.

  6. Contact Epic Booths NC, LLC at (704) 218-9466 or contact@epicboothsnc.com for HELP or to STOP or CANCEL receiving messages.

  7. Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to contact@epicboothsnc.com or (704) 218-9466. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email address, and website. We are here to help you.

  8. Non-Sharing Clauses: • Epic Booths NC, LLC does not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. • Epic Booths NC, LLC does not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers or mobile opt-in information with anyone.
